Advanced Classes

I know you are all wondering about yoga. That is why it has taken us a few days to post on the blog. We did miss the first couple of days due to some communication errors but that was resolved quite nicely and gave us some time for sightseeing. I really don't know what to say but HOT. Have you ever walked around with a wet towel covering your face and tried to breathe? Now take that same towel and tie tightly around your head and do 4 hours of yoga......enough said.
